The volume II of UNSCEAR Report 2008 with "non-human biota effects" is expected to be published in the second half of 2010.
As compared to Volume I, Volume II comprises the remaining 3 scientific annexes :
• Annex C - Radiation exposures in accidents;
• Annex D - Health effects due to radiation from the Chernobyl accident; and
• Annex E - Effects of ionizing radiation on non-human biota.
The UNSCEAR Report 2008 - Volume I on Sources and Effects of Ionizing Radiation, as well as the Annex A on Medical Radiation Exposure, are already available for free download at: http://rpop.iaea.org/RPOP/RPoP/Content/News/report-released-UNSCEAR.htm
